The pool and hot tub were very nice and heated! Staff were helpful and customer service was great! Bed could have been more comfortable! Room was clean! Breakfast was free and decent! It was easy to find and to get to. We had to drive to all attractions and caves--we did 6 caves in the area and Mammoth National Park! Nearby restaurants were easy to find and staff gave us some really good recommendations, but a little bit of a distance away from hotel. If I had to plan this again I would stay in the next town over right off of the interstate ! Eat at the Watermill or Two Broke Girls and the Mexican place! Yum!

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very clean and provided a great afternoon of entertainment of a very rainy day. My kids, husband and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We look forward to coming back to Horse Cave Holiday Inn Express for future vacations near Mammoth Cave.

We brought our three young children. Wiggle while you work. All in all, it was a great stay. The custodial staff and people working the front desk were so helpful.

Perfect. The air-conditioning is the BEST ever. 100 degrees outside nice and crisp air in the rooms and hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the nicest staff. I will stay here again. I wish they were all like this one. Breakfast is good. They had a small night light in the bathroom that eas perfect.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was great. A nice quiet area and the pool was awesome, and it had a nice sized spa. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the breakfast was! And the Dove shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided were a nicetouch compared to all other hotels!

Nice location right at the exit. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and informative. They provided flyers for all the activities in the area in a package instead of picking and choosing, it was nice.

very nice breakfast, fresh eggs, fruit, pastry, yogurt - a wide variety. Very clean room, comfortable beds, fast FiWi.

location, friendly staff - unfortunately I don’t name but man brought us some milk for my kid in the evening by request. Simple but great breakfast with good frequency of reload of meals. Air conditioner at the “leg area” what we usually prefer.
